With 15+ years in the Consumer Product Goods business, Hans has held management roles with a focus on sales, marketing, strategy, and operational functions. Working in restaurants from New York to Tokyo, managing teams on regional and international platforms and overseeing strategy for domestic specialty producers to large international food producers, he brings a wealth of experience to companies.
Most recently Hans has worked with companies such as Impossible Foods, Kite Hill Foods, Bitty Foods and Finless Foods driving disruption at the intersection of CPG, consumer experience and new technologies. With over a decade of senior leadership ranging from early stage venture-backed startups to large multinational firms, he drives commercial strategy and execution, operational and supplies chain efficiency, partnerships and growth, financial forecasting and management, long-term planning, funding, and team building.
With a high level of energy and passion for his work, Hans compels action and motivates others to drive collectively toward shared goals. He is a nimble leader that thrives under pressure in complex environments, from leadership roles in 4-star kitchens in Japan to work with the largest global specialty brands around the world.
