Lulwa Al-Soudairy holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Global Management from Babson College, United States. Lulwa has worked with Babson Global in supporting Mohammad bin Salman College for Business and Entrepreneurship established in KAEC during its establishment.
â€¨Before she joined Babson, Lulwa worked in Harvard Medical School as a Business Consultant at Prof. Pam Silver Laboratory in the Heart Valve and Tissue Engineering department. She also worked in several start-ups and foundations in Saudi Arabia and is a social entrepreneur.
â€¨During Babson she was the co-president of the Middle East and North Africa Club and worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Centre for Engaged Learning and Teaching (Case Publishing Department). Lulwa also joined Babson Entrepreneurship and Leadership Academy as a teacher and taught entrepreneurship to high school students in Rwanda. In addition, she is an alumni of the 2nd cohort of Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab which is a yearlong residency program for women entrepreneurs in Boston and from there her venture Artistia.com was born. In addition to her start up, Lulwa currently works in her family business Mansour Al-Mosaid Group as a s strategic development manager overseeing innovation across the group of companies. Lulwa is committed to spread the knowledge of entrepreneurship and constantly come up with solutions to make a positive change in the MENA region.
