Nada is the partnerships-programs manager of the Moroccan Center for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship (MCISE). Her main focuses and areas of expertise are: Gender equality, economic empowerment and education. She worked previously with many local and international organizations such as: DAI, European Union, Search For Common Ground, UNWomen.
In fact, she recently funded the association FAMily School in July 2017 envisioning a stable society where every member of a family lives in safety, individual advancement and balanced development by:
– Providing every child with innovative education resources.
– Seing every child in Morocco understanding what gender equality really is.
– Seing every parent aware of the children needs for their personal and professional development to have future good citizens.
She has recently been nominated as an expert representative of the civil society working on Women and Gender in the Strategic Council of the Millennium Challenge Corporation Morocco.
She served as project manager with Search for Common Ground (SFCG) in Morocco for 4 projects: "Everyone Gains promoting women socio-economic empowerment" funded by MEPI, then "Women Caravan For Peace" and at the same time "Inclusive Dialogue between Women CSOs in Morocco" funded by UN Women. She was previously the national executive director of Moroccan NGO ESPOD which aims to empower women and young people through getting professional qualification to access the job market. Since January 2015, she is involved in helping groups of women creating cooperatives by providing production equipment and trainings necessary for getting knowledge of management and personal development.
Nada got her master's degree in International Relations at Laval and McGill universities, Canada, where she received the Rotary scholarship for Young Leader in International Development area for her participation as UNDP delegate to NMUN in New York. In 2014, she was awarded the prize of "Personality of 2nd and 3rd cycle" in Quebec by Forces Avenir then nominated in Brussels as the European Development Days 2015 Young leader and finally as Future Leader by Crans Montana Forum in 2015.
