Hera Barrameda is an accountant and a real estate executive turned community builder. She is the co-chair of OCEAN Summit (www.oceansummit.ph), a biennial gathering in the Philippines that connects cross-sector leaders to new ideas and elevate homegrown education. She has 9 years of experience in the corporate space with a strong background in revenue management, accounting, branding and philanthropy. Hera previously served the Injap Group Companies in various capacities as the Head for Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Sales. She was part of the executive board of the Youth Beyond Disasters Network working with the United Nations International Strategy on Disaster Reduction and headed initiatives to help rehabilitate areas devastated by the supertyphoon Haiyan through interventions in education, livelihood, health and housing. She recently became part of the Hive Global Leaders Network and in 2016 was recognized as one of the 10 inaugural fellows of the NASA's Singularity University Impact Scholars Program. She is the currently an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Antler Singapore, where she is building a company aimed at reinventing the way micro-entrepreneurs scale. Hera is an alumni of the Ayala Young Leaders, the Bayer Young Environmental Envoys and the Southeast Asia Youth for Change Network.
